Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by The Three Fifty (“the Club”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Membership

The Club offers two membership tiers: Gold and Black. Gold membership is available immediately upon payment. Black membership requires an application and is subject to approval at the Club’s sole discretion.

Membership is personal and non-transferable. You must be at least 18 years of age to become a member. Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date profile information.

3. Billing & Payments

Membership fees are billed in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) through our payment provider, Stripe, at the billing interval shown during checkout. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges at the applicable rate for your membership tier.

Wine pre-orders by Black members are charged at the time of checkout. All wine orders are final once paid, unless otherwise agreed by the Club.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time through the member portal. Cancelled memberships remain active until the end of the current billing period. Membership fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.

5. Wine Orders & Storage

All wine orders placed through the Club are prepared for storage at our Oslo location. The Club does not offer shipping. Orders not collected within 30 days of notification may be subject to storage fees or cancellation.

6. Code of Conduct

Members are expected to treat staff and fellow members with respect. The Club reserves the right to revoke membership at its discretion if a member’s conduct is deemed inappropriate or harmful to the community.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Club’s website, including text, images, and design, is the property of The Three Fifty and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Club provides its services on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oslo, Norway.

10. Changes to These Terms

The Club reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
